Baby Bag: Cuddle Saque

A friend of mine asked me to knit a cuddle saque for her soon-to-be arriving newborn.  I like how it turned out and thought I’d share the “pattern”. She wanted a plain one, but this seems like a wonderful blank canvas on which to add cables, lace, or color.

Longies

In another barter of the century, my friend is sewing something for me in return for these:

Wool longies, made of Cascade 220 Heathers, based off of Pear’s pattern. I am really hoping that once she sees these on her boy, she’s going to need another pair…maybe with red.
